During the section i could easily follow. when i tried by myself home, it was difficult remember and  some questions has been posed but i could ask these questions in here. Take a look at the tasks (on your left side) first! If you still can't find your answer from there, then let me know

When i insert new keyframe it always goes to first frame. should i drag all the time? Yep! When the layer hasn't got any frame in timeline, move the indicator to the frame number one and add the blank keyframe then insert your keyframe.

what is different between motion tween and classic tween?

Used to be only the classic tween. Since the FlashCS4 has released, things has changed a bit. If you apply the motion tween in your keyframe, it's more easy to control your motion, just like Adobe Effects such as Velocity, easy In/Out etc.
